\hspace{1em}I'm excited to apply for the Product Owner position for Stellar at Deere. I understand there has been a recent vacancy of this position, and believe my experience supporting the customers and dealers who use our product will greatly benefit the prioritization and identification of work for the product team. I spent 4 years at the GSC supporting dealers in Germany and the rest of Europe, documenting and escalating issues across all ISG platforms including Stellar Support.
\hspace{1em}In January 2020 I was hired as Jeff's first local Tier 2 technician, starting off with a focus on JDLink and switching to Stellar a few months in. In that position I was able to transition the support process from using Emails to Teams, enabling deeper collaboration between the support team, developers, and Product Support Representatives. As I was focused on Stellar I was transferred to SI\&T and Heather's team. In the short couple of months that I have been on the team, I have been able to assist with some developments for future products and guide expansions of currently available tools.
